Jaqueline Pinto

Speaker Bio

Jaqueline Pinto is a researcher at the University of Eastern Finland’s Center for Climate Change, Energy, and Environmental Law (CCEEL) within the framework of the Project 101073195, ‘Training for a Hydrogen Economy based Renewable Energy Society in Anthropocene’. She is an admitted notary and attorney in South Africa. Her research focuses on hydrogen regulation with a particular focus on cross-sectoral regulation for the hydrogen sector with a focus on hydrogen valleys and hubs. She has published widely on hydrogen regulation and has been a visiting researcher at the University of Rovira i Virgili, the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Groningen.
